Orbit Cashiering

The Orbit Cashiering System, also know as Revenue Collector®, provides a graphical user interface for ease of use in the collecting, reporting and balancing of cash receipts.

Interfaces to all Collection Processes in Multiple Offices and Locations
Orbit Cashiering can receive payments from all of your collection processes such as remittance processors, cashier systems, interactive voice response systems, Internet payment systems, electronic payment files and self-service stations. Interfaces to many of the most popular systems are already included with the system.

Centralized Payment Database
All payments from all collection processes, both local offices and other locations connected by a wide-area or virtual network, can be stored in one centralized database for access, reporting and archival. Payment details from online collection processes are available instantaneously.

Flexible Reporting Capabilities
A library of standard reports is included with Revenue Collector® including transaction reports, revenue summary reports and statistical reports. Ad hoc reports can also be created using Crystal Reports.
