CSA’s 2009 Annual User’s Conference
CSA’s Annual User’s Conference will be held at the Wilderness Resort and Sevierville Events Center, Sevierville, Tennessee on July 21-23, 2009. All stockholders/members, workshop participants and friends of the Association are cordially invited to attend. A block of rooms has been reserved for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights at the Wilderness Resort (www.WildernessattheSmokies.com). Hotel reservations can be made by calling 877-325-WILD (9453) the group code is CSA, please ask for the Central Service Association rate of $129, which includes your wristbands to the water parks. It is very important that you make your reservations prior to Thursday, June 25, 2009. Once our block of rooms is sold out there is no guarantee rooms will be available. If you need to cancel reservations at the Wilderness Resort please cancel by letting Patty Turk at CSA know. Please do not cancel your reservation with Wilderness Resort directly. Advance registration for the conference should be submited no later than Friday, June 12th to qualify for the Early Bird $100 cash drawing. Tuesday, July 21st CSA will host it’s 12th Annual Golf Tornament at Eagles Landing Golf Course adjacent to the Wilderness Resort, Sevierville, Tennessee. Also on Tuesday, we have a White Water Rafting trip scheduled. The white water rafting excursion is limited, so if you are interested get your registration submitted quickly. We have a group reservation for anyone interested at the Dixie Stampede Dinner and Show at discounted rates for the 8:30 PM show, space is limited so get your registration returned for this fun event. Our participating sponsors/vendors will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and give a brief overview of their services. Then, we plan to keep everyone together to discuss new and exciting things happening at CSA. Lunch is included in the registration fee and we plan to announce golf winners, white water rafting awards and the early-bird drawing. The Vendor and Employee Benefit Exhibits will be available for demonstrations and discussions during and after lunch. The Insurance and Retirement and Board of Directors meetings are also scheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday evening we will have a Reception with our Vendors from 5:00-6:30 p.m for the attendees and their guest(s). Then we plan to have some fun at the Tennessee Smokies professional baseball game. Two complimentary tickets are included with your registration fee. Thursday morning we will start the day off with a buffet breakfast for all registered meeting attendee’s from 7:30-8:30. Then we will have an Association Update with comments from General Manager, Tom Underwood, with a question and answer session. Attendance prizes will be given at the Welcome Session, Association Update. You must be present to win! We hope everyone will mark their calendars and make plans to attend.
