2009 Legacy CIS Training

For decades CSA customers have enjoyed the vast capabilities and functionality of CSA’s Legacy Customer Information System. Yet, we are hearing statements like “I’ve worked with CIS for 25 years and didn’t know it did this”, or “I really wish CIS would do so-and-so”. During 2008, CSA offered eight Legacy Training Workshops at various locations. These workshops were well attended and proved to be vital in updating knowledge and skill for all Legacy Users.

Please check the schedule for dates and places. The cost is $100 per day for up to two attendees and $50 per day per additional attendee. Each session spans three days, and each day a different topic, from customer service to billing to cashier-related items. Registration forms, class schedules and agendas are available here.
