Dedication to Service
CSA has built its more than 70-year history on one thing – that is service. We learned a long time ago that it doesn’t matter how smart your people are or how good your product is, the most important part of our business is simply service. Because of that, CSA is strengthening an already strong customer service effort through our Customer Service Initiative.
There are four basic tools we are going to use in this effort. They are the identification of and installation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, the establishment of Quality Assurance Teams and Focus Groups and finally, we have established a Core Support Group of highly trained and experienced personnel from a wide variety of disciplines who are dedicated to making sure that our members get accurate answers in a timely manner.
In short, we take customer service seriously. It’s not something we just talk about, it is something we do.
