Statement Mailing Service

Since 1996, CSA has offered volume discounts on bill and late notice printing to utilities through our relationship with various third-party providers. Our current volume of over 1.5 million pieces per month provides huge volume discounts for both member and associate member utilities.

There are currently four approved statement printing and mailing providers from which CSA’s members and associate members may choose. Each offers a variety of additional products that allow for services such as electronic delivery, electronic bill presentment and payment, automated mail tracking through the production and mailing cycle, cash tracking and more.

Current approved vendors are:

High Cotton – Birmingham, Alabama
Sungard EXP – Birmingham, Alabama
SureBill – Atlanta, Georgia
Total Billings – Charlotte, North Carolina
