Central Service Association is pleased to announce that the Annual User Education Conference is set and open for registration! The conference is scheduled for June 28 through July 1, and we invite and encourage you to attend.

Just as in recent years, the venue will be the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama. The offsite events and initial classes will start on Monday, June 28. Tuesday and Wednesday will be very full days of classes and Thursday morning, July 1, will wrap up the event with our Annual Stockholder Meeting at 8:30 a.m. Because we had to cancel the AUEC and most of our individual system user conferences last year, we have a lot of information to share.

We will continue the Orbit CMB 101, Orbit DFM 101 and Orbit Works 101 pre-conference classes. These classes offered on Monday have continued to grow each year as they allow new users to pick up new tricks they may have missed during training and experienced users to be reminded of functionality forgotten. PLUS! We are excited to offer a new addition to the preconference schedule. On Monday we will also have Quality Control 101. This session will educate about how our Quality Control department helps mitigate issues through their work with rates, billing, stats and mailed statements.

We will have several Breakout Sessions for Orbit DFM, Orbit Works and Orbit CMB focusing on a variety of skills, tips, and tricks to make users more efficient. Content focused on Orbit Meter Data Management, Orbit One Customer Engagement and Payments, UtiliSuite, security, employee benefits, the latest from the Business Portal, including Mobile Service Orders, Time Entry and Outage Management, and more is also on the schedule. In total, we currently have 24 individual sessions on the genda.

Just as in 2019, we are extending an invitation to our PCS family and clients. Wednesday afternoon has a session set aside for PCS clients to meet with key PCS staff members and as always, PCS clients will have full access to all conference events so that you can explore products and services common across the CSA and PCS families, eat great food and meet great people.

To further express our desire for your participation, we are continuing our special offer that we started in 2019. All utility staff members who attend the 2021 AUEC will be mailed a voucher with a $599 value, the same cost as registration at the AUEC. This voucher can be used toward the one-time costs associated with the installation of key CSA or PCS products like Orbit Suite components, UtiliSuite components, or many of our mobile and ancillary offerings.
