CSA announced the appointment of Dave Cross as Member Engagement Strategist. Dave brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the utility industry, having served as both a CEO and CFO.

“We are very pleased to welcome Dave to CSA” said Carmen Leister, Director of Member Engagement. “Dave’s extensive industry knowledge, combined with his long-standing relationship with our organization, will enable him to make an immediate impact.”

In his new role, Dave will work closely with Carmen and the Executive Leadership team to further strengthen relationships and support across the membership. Prior to joining CSA, Dave served on several boards, including the Tennessee Electric Cooperative Association (TECA) Board of Directors, where he held leadership positions as Vice President and President.

“I’m truly excited to join the CSA team and to collaborate with many longtime friends,” said Cross. “I look forward to helping ensure that CSA remains strategically aligned with our membership.”
