CSA announces the appointment of Steve Herriman as Relationship Manager. With more than 30 years of experience in the utility industry, Herriman brings a deep understanding of purchasing, inventory management, the RFP process, and information technology.

“We are confident that Steve will be a valuable asset to our team,” said Carmen Leister, Director of Member Engagement. “Steve’s knowledge of how purchasing decisions are made from the utility’s perspective will help strengthen CSA’s ability to support members and align our services with their needs.”

In his new role, Herriman will work closely with Leister and CSA Regional Managers to identify ways CSA can service members more effectively. Most recently, Herriman served as IT and Purchasing Manager at Bolivar Energy Authority in Bolivar, TN. He was instrumental in creating the first Utility Purchasing Group in conjunction with TVA and TVPPA. He served on TVPPA’s Conference Planning Committee and CSA’s User Conference Advisory Board and has been a speaker at numerous industry events. 

“I very much look forward to bringing my experience and perspective to CSA,” Herriman said, adding, “This is a new chapter for me personally, and with all the new and exciting things happening at CSA, could not come at a better time.” 

Beyond his professional contributions, Steve lives in Murfreesboro, TN, where he enjoys spending time with family, supporting grandkids at sporting events and playing golf.
