Fulton Appointed Relationship and Member Manager
Central Service Association (CSA) today announced the appointment of Elissa Fulton, as Relationship and Member Manager. Fulton comes to CSA with more than 20 years of experience in relationship-driven sales and account management.
Fulton will work closely with Carmen Leister, Director of Member Engagement overseeing CSA’s Relationship Management team. “I very much look forward to having Elissa on board,” said Carmen, adding “I am confident Elissa will play a key role in achieving CSA business objectives, driving growth and serving our members.”
Fulton holds a BA in Public Relations from Tulane University, and an MBA from Mississippi College. Most recently, she was Director of Sales and Marketing for Advanced Utility Systems, Ontario, Canada and Business Development Manager for Meridian Cooperative, Atlanta, GA. Fulton has also worked for the Electric Cooperatives of Mississippi and Yazoo Valley Electric Association, Yazoo City, MS. In addition, she has been active in several industry associations including NRECA and NWPPA.

A lifelong Mississippi resident, Elissa makes her home in Yazoo City and has a daughter, Olivia, a student at Mississippi State University. She enjoys travel both personally and professionally, values being a lifelong learner, and has been actively involved in community and civic engagement throughout her career.
