Tupelo, MS APRIL 29, 2026, Central Service Association (CSA) today announced the transition to new role of Blair Hill to Solutions Consultant. Hill previously served as Relationship Manager for the Western Region since 2022, and as MDM Specialist from 2020 to 2022.

As Solutions Consultant, Hill will leverage his strong technical background and serve as a dedicated technical resource for the Member Engagement team. His initial focus will be on developing deep expertise across CSA’s full solution suite to support both the CSA team and our Members. The addition of this role will strengthen CSA’s ability to deliver timely, informed technical discussions directly within the Relationship Management and Sales team. Ultimately, it will provide greater clarity, faster response time, and more seamless support for CSA Members.

Hill will continue working closely with Elissa Fulton, Relationship and Member Manager, and Carmen Leister, Director of Member Engagement.

“Blair has a natural ability to connect the technical side of our solutions to what our members actually need,” Fulton said. “This role is a great fit for him and fills an important need for our team. It allows us to keep technical conversations and demos within our Member Engagement group, while also giving our development teams the space to stay focused on building and enhancing our software. I’m excited to see how Blair continues to grow and support both our team and our members.”

Hill joined CSA in 2020, as the MDM specialist, where he provided frontline support for the Meter Data Management product and worked closely with CSA member utilities to gain a strong understanding of our solutions. He transitioned into a Relationship Manager role in 2022, supporting members across Western Tennessee and Kentucky.

Prior to joining CSA, Hill worked in the hospitality industry with major brands including Hilton and Marriott. He also served as Assistant Director of the Elvis Presley Birthplace, where he played a key role as fundraising lead for a successful $8.3 million campaign completed in 2016.

Hill has additional experience in motorsports, having worked with Richard Petty Motorsports in Level Cross, North Carolina, supporting fundraising efforts for the Richard Petty Museum.

He is a proud fifth-generation graduate of The University of Mississippi, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration.

Hill has also been actively involved in his community, serving on committees and boards including Delta Waterfowl, Ducks Unlimited, Shepherd’s Hands Ministry, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Mississippi.

When not at work, Hill enjoys spending time with his wife Laura and daughter Chloe. You can also find him turkey hunting or turning wrenches on his 1976 Bronco.

Hill can be reached at bhill@csa1.com.
