Tupelo, MS, APRIL 29, 2026, Central Service Association (CSA) today announced the appointment of Tim Rader as part time Relationship Manager for the Eastern Region. Rader previously served as a part time Relationship Manager for CSA from 2014 until retirement in 2024.

Rader will work closely with Elissa Fulton, Relationship and Member Manager, and Carmen Leister, Director of Member Engagement.

Rader holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management from Tennessee Wesleyan University and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee. He has expansive experience in the utility industry, having joined TVA in June 1980 as a field accountant and later as a Customer Service Manager.  Rader retired from TVA before joining CSA part time from 2014 until the end of 2024.

“I am looking forward to reconnecting with lots of friends and staff members at various CSA member utilities,” Rader said. “This is a great time to step back into this role. With AI being used so frequently now, it makes it very interesting to see how that can be utilized in the utility industry.”

Rader has been married to his wife Melisa for 45 years and has three grown children, daughters Courtney and Allison, and son Brandon. The couple has 12 grandchildren with a 13th grandchild due to be born in late April 2026. Rader enjoys watching his grandchildren excel at different sports and cruising the Caribbean Islands.
